Land Acquisition

Through preliminary research, it has been determined that three to five acres of land will be needed to accomplish the goal of building a Boring Area Community Center. Our goal is to seek a donation or purchase the needed land as close to the center of the described service area as possible.

Proposed Building

Through community discussion, certain attributes have been identified for the proposed building. A qualified building engineer has developed cursory and preliminary plans for a building that would be approximately 5,000 square feet in size. It is suggested that this building design should allow for future expansion to a total of 10,000 square feet. The picture to the right is a rendition of what this building could look like.
