The Clackamas County Board of Commissioners adopted a Proclamation that August 9th will be Boring & Dull Day in perpetuity.
The Oregon State Legislature passed a law which was signed by the Oregon State Governor establishing August 9th as Boring & Dull Day throughout the state of Oregon.
